Should I reserve my rental in advance?
Strongly recommended, especially on weekends and during peak season. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability — reserve ahead to access our full selection and guarantee a specific size or model.
What’s included with a rental?
Every rental includes the bike, a helmet, a local trail recommendation, and a quick orientation before you head out. Flat pedals come standard; clipless pedals are available on request at no extra charge if you bring your own shoes.
Do you have e-bikes and kids’ bikes?
Yes — our Litchfield fleet includes e-bikes for guided tours and self-guided rides, plus kids’ mountain bikes from 20" wheels up through small adult frames. Helmets sized for kids are included. If you’re booking for a family, leave a note with rider heights and we’ll have the right sizes ready.
Where do I park and pick up the bike?
Pickup is at 461 Bantam Road in Litchfield, CT — on-site parking is available and signage will direct you when you arrive. From there it’s a short ride or shuttle to White Memorial, Topsmead, and the surrounding trail networks.
What if it rains or the trails are closed?
If conditions force a cancellation, we’ll reschedule or refund — just call the shop at 860-361-6008 as soon as you know.
